Position Guide
In this course, Maria Terese gives a complete guide on how to analyze a rider in the different plans. She shows a complete systematic approach to isolate the most common problems with position and balance. The position guide shares the secrets of the most important body segments, such as the head, the trunk, the pelvis and the feet.

Rider Analysis
To be able to fully analyze a rider, a systematic process is essential. In this practical course we learn to do the analysis step by step. At first the analysis needs to be conducted in all available planes such as the Sagittal Plane, Frontal Plane, and Transversal Plane. After that, it´s interesting to provoke the body position to extract more knowledge.

Balance Training
Balance is key to performance and to secure sustainability of horses, as well as riders. In this course Maria Terese talks about balance strategies and how to test a rider’s balance. In a 5 levels program she shows a great number of exercises and explains the what’s important in the training. A course that ensures a development of balance to new levels.

Stability Training
Stability in the abdomen and back is important to reduce the risk of injuries and perform better on horseback. This practical training course will show exercises to improve stability and sustainability in important muscles segment for riders. The exercises are organized in different levels, from basic to advanced and covers the abdominal muscles, oblique muscles, back muscles and the feet.

Mobility Training
Mobility is important for riders’ sustainability and to improve performance. In this course, Maria Terese shares her knowledge on how to get a softer and more flexible body. The course shows a great number of stretching exercises for the body parts that are most important for a rider, such as tractus iliotibialis, hamstrings, hip flexors, gluteal muscles, inner thighs and upper body.
