Basic Riding Exercises
In basic riding exercises such as walk, trot, canter, transitions, circle and collection itยดs important to really learn to control body position. Unmounted training is essential to give detailed insights in how to mirror the horse movements as a rider. In this course, Maria Terese shows how it is done in practice to correct common problems with position and establish new movement patterns.

Dressage Exercises
This course will explore the movement patterns in dressage exercises such as leg yields, half pass, shoulder in, flying change, pirouette, piaff and passage. Maria Terese shows the technique, and the advantages of training dressage exercises unmounted. Movements are improved gradually in slow motion with some simple, but very effective tools in a series of specific tailor-made exercises.

Jumping Exercises
Jumping technique training is mainly focusing on foot balance, turns, jumps and more advanced jumping series. It has great advantages to start this training unmounted in slow motion to really understand the horse movements. In this course, Maria Terese shows how it is done in practice to correct the most common problems with position. To establish new movement patterns takes both time and effort.
