Step 3
Riding Technique

Basic Riding Exercises
The third step of the RIB Concept is about taking the knowledge from the position, balance and unmounted training on to the horse back. The learnings from the previous steps are applied and adjusted to the specific horse and it´s characteristics. This course dives into the adjustments for basic riding exercises such as walk, trot, canter, transitions, circle and collection.

Dressage Exercises
In this course we learn to work systematically with the RIB Concepts third step in the more advanced dressage exercises, such as leg yields, half pass, shoulder in, flying change, pirouette, piaff and passage. Maria Terese explains how to correct and work on the most common problems from the horse's back and adapt the knowledge from the previous steps to the specific horse.

Jumping Exercises
Jumping technique training is mainly focusing on exercises such as basic position, canter quality, turns, jumping position and jumping track. In this course Maria Terese will go into details on how to achieve better jumping performance in each of the separate exercises. Proper training gives results when it is taken up on the horse's back and develops further in close interaction with the horse.
